Many of them could be a cool season annual vegetable which grows best when the days are short and mild. Why not trying indoors as a micro green, which packs nutrients and is easy to grow? Participants taste each micro greens and discuss their unique flavors. The workshop prepares micro green salad with brown rice. After tasting, participants create micro green seeds in a takeout container with your favorite micro green seeds. The workshop demos and teaches how to maintain and demonstrates how to harvest.
